We have a vetted and approved supplier network of over 1,000 vendors standing ready to support procurement and distribution requirements. We use a variety of technologies for inventory and supply chain management and manage multiple warehouses for storage of supplies and equipment, ensuring ready access to deployment packages.

Case Studies

Operation Allies Welcome

In August 2021, the U.S. carried out an evacuation of Afghan allies during the Taliban offensive. Loyal Source received a call from a partner asking if we could immediately stand-up medical operations at two safe haven sites in support of Operation Allies Welcome, delivering turnkey medical services to more than 20,000 Afghan evacuees at Camp Atterbury, Indiana and Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Our organization deployed over 1,000 healthcare and program management professionals in a matter of days to provide comprehensive medical services for the evacuees, including physical, dental, and behavioral health care. We delivered a wide range of Role 1 and Role 2 medical services to include triage, acute care, vaccination clinics, pediatric care, OBGYN services, pharmacy, radiology, clinical laboratory, dental services, and behavioral health care, ensuring thorough health support and public health monitoring. Additionally, Loyal Source developed robust program and data management systems; provided essential medical personnel; established and maintained a supply chain of hard-to-procure equipment, supplies, vaccines, and medication during the COVID-19 pandemic; and maintained ambulance services to support the continuity of care and treatment for the evacuees.

Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Refugee Resettlement, Pecos Children’s Center

In 2021, the U.S. saw an unprecedented amount of unaccompanied migrant children arriving at the Southwest Border. Once again, Loyal Source received a call from a partner to provide mission critical personnel for 24/7 on-site services in support of the Health and Human Services ORR Influx Care Facility. These included providing pharmacy services, child and youth care, medical, case management, and mental health care for unaccompanied children at the Pecos Children’s Center (PCC). In less than two months following the kickoff of the contract, our organization delivered 683 qualified employees to work on-site. We managed 24/7 work schedules for 3,378 staff, completing over 28,750 Modified Health Assessments & Intake Medical Examinations for unaccompanied children. Through our vaccination and immunization efforts, Loyal Source provided 220,807 vaccines to protect UC and public health throughout our country. In total, we coordinated more than 10,000 referrals off site for medical care.
