Overview Loyal Source is seeking a highly skilled Site Superintendent to oversee ongoing and upcoming projects at Minot AFB. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors in a secure, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on‑site supervision for HVAC and HVAC Controls projects (primary focus).
- Oversee additional projects involving fire alarm installation.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, ensuring timely project execution.
- Manage base access requirements for all subcontractors and personnel.
- Maintain daily project logs, progress updates, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and Air Force Base regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and base personnel.
- Utilize Microsoft applications for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive background in HVAC and HVAC Controls (required).
- Experience with fire alarm installation (preferred; training available for the right candidate).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on a secure military installation and obtain necessary clearances.
Schedule
Choose one of the following standard schedules:
- Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
