Case Studies

Air National Guard Drug Testing

The U.S. Armed Forces require that all service members be drug tested a minimum of once annually, with more frequent testing recommended and encouraged to detect and deter drug use.  As a result, Loyal Source was awarded the Air National Guard (ANG) Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) Specimen Collection Services contract in 2019. This partnership allows us to provide on-site management, specimen collection, shipping, and Prevention Education & Outreach Services at 94 ANG installations throughout the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.   With more than 1,300 dedicated associates focused on this initiative, Loyal Source is committed to the mission of fostering a drug-free environment that contributes to the health, safety, security, and welfare of the Air National Guard and their military mission. These services also touch military families, DoD civilians, as well as other groups associated with military installations.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

Loyal Source provided 352 Licensed Medical Professionals (nurses and physician assistants) and Public Health Advisors to perform entry screening activities at 20 airports nationwide for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). These entry screening services included performing public health data analysis, risk assessments and providing disease prevention information to travelers.

Operation Allies Welcome

Loyal Source conducted medical screenings for Afghan evacuee Special Immigrant Visas (SIVs) and recorded findings to ensure all forms met applicable quality control standards. These screenings included a physical examination, completion of a chest x-ray, labs requiring blood draw to assess communicable disease, proof of up-to-date vaccinations as required by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and administration of vaccinations if no proof was available. If indicated, follow-up diagnostic evaluations were also completed. Compliance with all screening standards and documentation was required to ensure qualifying evacuees met the stringent requirements to obtain the SIV. Upon departure of evacuees from the Camp, Loyal Source organized, secured, and provided records to the Department of State.
